I pulled into integrity, tired about 7 PM. On the 24th. They were preparing to close. I had a blow out on C470 So I limped it in. knew my spare was flat the two gentlemen that was working that night looked and at first didn't have a tire my size but seeing my Predicament they went and dug and found one So to say they went above and beyond doesn't say enough. My son was recently in an accident with his Jeep. When he drove it after the accident, the steering was pulling hard and the stabilitrak light was on. The collision repair facility we plan to use had a longer wait to get him in, but he needed to get this issue resolved quickly to drive safely in the mountains. He took it to Integrity Tire with the thought that it just needed an alignment. Matthew and team did a full inspection of the vehicle, located an issue with a control arm that was bent from the accident, and found a couple of other issues with bushings on other control arms. They were able to locate parts in the area, perform all of the repairs same day, and get him on his way to safely drive again. He was treated very well from a customer service perspective, and I was able to pay by phone to settle the invoice. I spoke with the advisor by phone the next day, and he walked me through the details so that I can work with my insurance company. As a dad 1000 miles away, it was comforting and appreciated to have a business take great care of my 18 year old son.
