Purchased tires from this location in spring of 2023 along with the road hazard, rotation package. Took it to them yesterday and because I have a bed mounted camper on my truck they told me they could not do the rotation. After a brief discussion they agreed to rotate the tires. I left the truck with them for 5 hours and when I called to see if they had finished the rotation they told me they had not and would need another 1 1/2-2 hours to get to it. I went back and picked my truck up. I brought it home rolled out my Jack and Jack stands and 30 minutes later I was done and tools put away. Sadly I spent $1600 on tires and repair/rotation only to find out that because I have a camper on my truck they can’t roll out a Jack and do this outside. Sadly I won’t be back and you have lost a customer and any referrals I might have made.
